PolaLife: That many Polaroid

was clearing my table that day and realised i have taken so many polaroid! the pile that i held in the picture is actually much thicker than it seems and does not include those on the wall and in my photo album.

sad to say,out of that pile… only 30-45% can make it to the mark.
i feel so sinful suddenly.
i don’t want to calculate how much i’ve spent on films and proceeding and scanning them…
i don’t want…

    I know the feeling!
I kind of feel guilty when using polaroid film too, since it’s so expensive and sometimes they don’t turn out good at all!

I’m currently wondering if I should stock up or not..

I’ll take a pic of the keys one day. :) I don’t keep track of my films processing too. But i do keep a record on the cameras I bought.

Get a film scanner. It’s cheaper and more fun!

Happened to come across your blog, through random surfing. And, I gotta say that I enjoy your pictorial posts – how you try to portray your thoughts and snippets of life through simple pictures. :) I like it.

Mausumi / You should stock up if u are able to find ithe film at a reasonable price.

Inn / I’ve actually never thought of buying a film scanner. I thought it is a hassle to scan the films. haha. do u have to do it frame by frame? And does it take very long to scan?

Steph / Hello! I’m glad you enjoyed my posts I’m not good with words, hence, i can only let the pictures speak for themselves. ;)

It takes abt 10-15mins to scan the whole roll of film. I actually find it quite fun to do. No hassle at all. And frame by frame scanning is only when you are scanning half frames or Horizon shots… otherwise you can scan by strips.. I’m using Epson V500. Entry level and good enough for me. ;)

  6. Inn Ahhh… sounds tempting! Now i’m tempted. i thought it would like take me 30mins to an hr scan the negatives….
