A Visit to the Tanjong Pagar Railway Station

Last Saturday, Ting and I went out for a photoshoot outing around Tanjong Pagar area.
Took this picture while i was waiting for her at the train station. love the greenery view.

We started our day at the Korean cafe Tom N Toms Coffee for breakfast

After breakfast, we finally found our destination after walking for about 10mins.

This is my 1st visit to the railway station! the building is so English…

love the clock

i felt like i was out of SG already…

FMSR – Federated Malay States Railways

The unaccessible Departure

Resident kitty, I felt sad that she had to drink “dirty” water

but she looks clean and healthy though. :)

The Arrival area – too bad there were no trains when we were there.

Eastern & Oriental Express – would love to get on it some day… but i think i will go for the economical railway first. haha!

I hope I can take a train trip to Malaysia with my friends soon.

nice! been wanting to go here. and to take the train. briefly toyed with idea of orient express till i checked the prices and then gulped. guess commoners have to go by the common rail first!
